Self awareness

Self-awareness means just to watch my thoughts, having awareness of what’s happening inside. Most of us are aware of what’s happening outside the world, because it considers important. Look at your thought while walking, ask yourself what am I thinking? When the day did not go well at work, you say that the manager does not recognize your work, it’s your thinking. You are creating that thoughts and sending negative vibrations to him. Your surrounding will be affected at the same time. Every thought we create is like a perfume. That’s why when we are under stress, our children also experience it.

-         First stop and ask what are you thinking?

-        Second, is this the right thinking?

-        Third, can I change it?

Thinking is like water; you can’t stop it but you can channelize it. You can change the direction. Many people have the misconception about meditation, they think meditation is stop thinking, no thoughts. The mind can never stop thinking. Its like a car driving in 120km per hour and you want to stop suddenly. Thoughts and feelings come from inside not from outside. I am the creator of my thoughts and feelings. When you realized that your blame game is over.

As per the research we create more than 60,000 thoughts a day. You are the chairman of your company, which means you produce 60k products but if you are not aware of the quality the products, then the product could be low quality.

We could class the thoughts in 4 categories: -

1)     Pure, powerful and positive, there will be no attachment or expectations attached.

2)     Negative thoughts- Ego, anger, hatred, fear, rejection

3)     Necessary thoughts-have to do the things

4)     Waste thoughts- thoughts about past and future, both are not in our control.

80% are past thoughts, 15% are future thoughts and only 5% are current thoughts, so we need to be aware of our thoughts. Every thought has the affect on our cells and body. Thoughts are the most powerful source of energy.
