We create our reality with our thoughts.

We create our reality with our thoughts.

There are ups and downs in our life; there are external situations that we can’t change, but how we perceive these challenging situations is up to us. Anything we affirm becomes a reality. Most people are not aware of it because nobody has taught them, and they did not take out time to learn it.

I have learned from Louise Hay, “An affirmation is anything you say or think. A lot of what we normally say and think is quite negative and doesn't create good experiences. We have to retrain our thinking and speak into positive patterns to change our lives. An affirmation opens the door.”

So, don’t recite low-energy words, announcing your stress and busyness. Instead, use high-energy word, such as I am a peaceful soul, Life is easy.

Two options are available during a tough time. The first option is to discuss the problem or sickness and make it a reality. If the situation had only a 50% chance of happening, the focus on negativity would increase this chance from 60% or 70%.

The second option is to think about the reality we want to experience.

Let’s take the same problem; if we create positive thoughts, we can lower the possibility of it occurring from 50% to 40%, perhaps even to 0.

We have that power, but we are not using it. Why? It’s a matter of belief.

We must believe that we are more powerful than our problems.

If you are feeling down, take a pause and check in - What are you thinking? Every thought we create affects our feelings; it radiates to every cell of our body, and others will feel it.

When we change our thoughts, everything will change. Research shows that we have 60,000 to 70,000 thoughts in a day. It is important to monitor how we feel and to observe how our body feels when we are thinking these thoughts. You have the choice to align your thoughts with what feels best at any time.

It takes practice to make monitoring our thoughts and focusing on the positive part of our daily routine. It is that simple, but not everyone takes advantage of this beneficial practice.

The key to happiness is within us, so I challenge you to pause, especially when you are down, and substitute negative vibrations with positive ones
